Ceasefire extension renews hopes for wider peace | The Myanmar Times
At the end of June, Myanmar’s Tatmadaw (military) extended its unilateral ceasefire for another two months, till August 31.
ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံမွာ မွီတင္းေနထုိင္ၾကတဲ့ ျပည္သူ ျပည္သားေတြကေတာ့ အပစ္အခတ္ရပ္စဲေရးနဲ႔ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးအမွန္တကယ္ရရွိေရးကုိ အားႀကိဳးမာန္တက္ႀကိဳးစားေနၾကတာကုိ ျမင္ႏုိင္ပါတယ္။ လက္နက္ေတြကိုေဘးခ်ၿပီး ႏုိင္ငံရဲ႕ ၿငိမ္းေအးမႈကုိ လုိလားေတာင့္တေနၾကပါတယ္။ အပစ္အခတ္ရပ္စဲ ၿပီး ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးကလည္း တုိးတက္မႈအနည္းငယ္ရွိတယ္လုိ႔လည္း ေျပာရမယ္ထင္ပါတယ္။ တစ္ခ်ဳိ႕ တစ္ခ်ဳိ႕ေသာေဒသမ်ားမွလြဲ၍ေပါ့ေလ။
